Breakfast and other health benefits

It’s not just our mental performance that is improved by eating breakfast, some research suggests that we are less likely to suffer from colds and ‘flu and are less likely to describe ourselves as stressed or depressed. Depending on what you eat for breakfast, it can also boost digestive and heart health29,30,31.
