Adults - physical and mental performance
Adults too perform better after a healthy breakfast. Studies show that men and women who eat breakfast tend to work faster, make fewer mistakes in logic tests and have better memory recall than those who skipped breakfast. Several studies show that eating breakfast can help improve mental alertness and physical performance23,24,25,26,27,28.
